Guide Costs are based on 23 January 2025 trading levels, estimated product weights, and assume you will take all discounts you are entitled to. For example, the Guide Price is calculated after the web discount for ordering online has been deducted. If you choose to place your order by other means, you will forfeit the web discount. The actual prices you will be charged will be on the invoice which will accompany your products. The prices on the invoice may vary because they will be based on the metal levels on the day previous to the day your order is invoiced and not the time you choose and order your products. Prices exclude VAT.

Weights of products we send you may vary from those shown on this website due to manufacturing tolerances.

For all products that are NOT bespoke and are sold by weight, prices charged on your invoice will be based on the actual weight of the products delivered to you.

For all bespoke products sold by weight, prices charged on your invoice will be based on the actual weights of the items before diamonds are set or the selected finish has been applied.
